Love 😍 this one. Is it EASY? Of course NOT . Yesterday, I had a bad day. After a few weeks that I was very good with food. I was craving refine carbs. So, I ate 3 bagels, and chocolate denish. Than came the bloating. I was 🤔 thinking, is this was worth it? But, I am very proud of myself. Usually, before when I had a cheat day, I will continue with my BAD HABITS . Not this time. Today, I went to the gym, did my cardio and weights, and back to my HEALTHY eating ROUTINE 👏👏👏👏 I will check my thyroid (l have hasimoto) to see if this is the reason I am not loosing my weight. Met deze activiteit was mijn voornaamste doel het oefenen van de fijne motoriek en concentratie. Maar tijdens het uitvoeren hebben we ook over de bloedsomloop gesproken. De rode rietjes staan in teken van bloed met zuurstof en paarse voor bloed zonder zuurstof. Als B nu met deze activiteit bezig is zegt hij mam bloed met zuurstof maakt reis door ons lichaam en hij gaat overal naartoe. Bij bloed zonder zuurstof zegt hij dat het nu zuurstof moet ophalen. Spelenderwijs heeft B de bloed circulatie geleerd 🏨 This activity has been in the shelf since the beginning of our theme. So let’s talk natural birth control, yea? (Pt. 3 - See last post for first and second part) - I use FAM aka The Fertility Awareness Method. If done properly and responsibly it is highly effective and I know people who have used it for many years successfully. It’s not for you if you’re looking for a quick fix, it takes time to get the hang of BUT once you do it is liberating. There is so much misinformation out there so I highly recommend this book 📚. Taking charge of your fertility by: Toni Weschler. - Most doctors won’t recommend this because it’s is highly dependent on the woman’s ability to follow it on her own. And they basically believe they know best and there’s no way a woman could know her own body better than a doctor. The same reason they make us give birth on our backs (but that’s a story for another day, I digress.) - There are many videos on YouTube as well as the classes. I definitely think this is a game changer and should be taught to girls in school. This is real sex Ed. But I guess, in a perfect world not run by capitalism. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Hi guys, so it is my third week that I continue to watch what I eat, excersice, and be CONSISTENT. Once a week I let myself eat food that I should not eat. By doing so, I don't feel deprived. Yesterday, my husband and I went to a restaurant. We had chicken brocet, France fries 🍟 that I don't eat anymore, I had bread 🥪 that during the week I don't eat. I am in process of being completely gluten free. And yes, 90% of the week I am gluten free. Eventually I want to reach 100%,but like everything good we do. It is a PROCESS. So today, back to my salads 🥗, and eating HEALTHY,and even though the pounds going down 👇 very slowly, it doesn't break my SPIRIT . Not this time. I am DETERMINED, to reach my goal, to continue to stay CONSISTENT. I just saw a quote I liked- SUCCESS is the sum of small efforts, repeated day in and day out. DON'T GIVE UP - Look at me now. Entering my 4 weeks of dieting and didn't loose much. By now usually, I would give up 👆. This time I am really DEDICATED . I don't want to start over again,and again. I eat healthy, do my exercise, even started weights. So, there is a few reason why we don't loose weight. Skipping meals, is not good. If you eat before bed time, it may raise your body blood sugar and insulin which make it harder to burn fat. Stress, can be another factor. Slow metabolism, eating to little, that I think this is my problem right now. And big problem is not getting enough 😴 sleep. I do have a thyroid problem, that probably not helping to. ❤️ I should say with all this, I am COMMITTED this time. I will start writing down what I eat and do adjustments accordingly.
