#DecolonizeResistExist + When I started embracing my Anger and I let go of any guilt or judgment I found myself more connected with all of who I am and it transformed me. + Why is people so afraid of anger? Specially “spiritual people” 🙅🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
#DecolonizeResistExist + ...and this my friends wins the best meme ever!!!! At least for me. + I have been in many states in this country. California has been the one where I have lived the most. I guess at the time, 16 years ago when I came to live here, California was “the place to be” + It offered everything, yoga, organic food, LGBTQ friendly (in comparison to other states it was, specially in San Francisco), consciously aware of many things, the idea that more “conscious & cool” people lived here, and so much more. + Now after having been here for 16 years. I can tell you California is the most overrated state in this country. Yes, it has pockets where maybe MAYBE, there is more “consciousness” around things, but once you leave those tiny tiny tiny pockets, California is full of racist white liberals, spiritual predators, wannabe fakes, and so much more!!!! + Yes I live here (for now, and not for long) but let me tell you California isn’t what most people think, if you haven’t ever been here. Is super expensive, overrated, traffic in the main cities is crazy, gentrification is moving up fast and trying to get rid of entire communities of people of color, people can barely make it (even if they have two well paid jobs) the rules, and regulations this state has are fucking ridiculous. + But when I see this meme, it just makes me think of ALL the spiritual predators I have met in these past 16 years. As you can imagine I have met thousands of people and they all fit in this meme just perfectly. + Lost, entitled brainwashed people, and I can’t just call them “hippies”, because there are those who won’t completely fall in the category of “hippies”, they are rich, entitled people, (the majority are white 🤷🏽♀️) ready to take over, ready to corrupt anything that comes in front of them. + *** ... and this isn’t a generalization, but I’m speaking based on my lived experience. I want to state I have also met amazing amazing people in California*** + My upcoming event “Decolonizing Spirituality” will be addressing this problematic within the “spiritual communities” + Link in bio for information
#DecolonizeResistExist + I went to the dentist today and she told me my teeth are perfect. 😁 I have no cavities. I never had any fillings and I have all my teeth. Including my wisdom teeth. + She assumed I have kept regular visits to the dentist office and kept my cleanings on schedule. I laughed Jajajaja + I have never kept track of that. Last year I was able to get medical and I took advantage of this service to do “what I’m supposed to do” but for years and years I didn’t go to the dentist, I honestly can count the cleanings I have had in my whole life with the fingers of my two hands and I think it’s never been more than ten times 🤓🤪 I don’t even remember my parents were that good in taking me to the dentist either 🤷🏽♀️ + Anything that has to do with my good health and the positive aspects of who I am, I blame it on being indigenous and having good genes. I always say “oh it’s because I’m Mexica” 💁🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️🙋🏽♀️ + Truthfully it is because of that. I’m 42 years old and I can proudly say I have no cavities and I have never ever really took care of my teeth the way westernized society tells us we should do it. I did take care of them by following my intuition, by following a diet that was shown to me since the day I was born, but I also want to say that I drink beer at times and I like to drink Mexican coke from time to time and I love me some rancheritos too 😋🤤 and I smoke weed (never cigarettes though) + I don’t eat vegan nor vegetarian diets but I do follow a wholesome diet. I actually eat everything and I eat a lot. Like a lot. I can eat 20+ tacos at once. Love me some tacos 🌮🤤 + I wanted to share this because I do believe the reason why I’m healthy in every aspect of my life is because my genes are extraordinary, at the same time I have enjoyed life and I will continue to enjoy life. + Maybe what it is, is that in general people have disconnected from their physical bodies so much that they perpetuate systems of oppression to their bodies by following the colonial mindset that dictates every little thing of how we should live + I do have a chipped tooth and a gap and I would never ever get that fixed. It’s part of who I am. 🤓👹
#DecolonizeResistExist + I took this picture yesterday. I like to hang out with the girls and the boy. They are so cute. + They give us the most delicious eggs, super clean and I just have to give them good food and loving. + There is a shift happening as I come near my New Year. Age is a social construct, in regards that we are so fixated in wanting to stop time. I have been in this planet for 42 years, according to the calendar colonizers gave us. + Maybe my age is different, maybe I am ageless. Maybe I just connect with the ancient ways more than with this colonized societies. Have you read “jitterbug perfume” such a good book, it talks about many things and one of those things is about aging. I read that book when I was very young and I became fascinated with that idea of becoming ageless. + I feel I have kept a very young attitude and my free spirit won’t ever let me to take things too serious. + Im making my way home and I couldn’t be happier. I have wanted that for the past 7 years. This is the end of the 7 year cycle. I didn’t plan it this way, but sprit works this way.
#DecolonizeResistExist + Sometimes I like to change it up. + It’s been non stop at the farm. I haven’t had time to do much, but it’s the beginning of the month and bills have to get paid! + If you have felt inspired or have appreciated my words or what I talk about I always accept donations and they are appreciated. Information is on my highlights. + Getting myself on a more structured routine. Structures and set routines don’t work for me well, but need to find a way to work it out, so I am able to do everything I want. + I don’t have much words of inspiration today. Been on the computer doing admin stuff 🤦🏽♀️ Im good at this stuff but I would much Rather be at home in Mexico, enjoying the view from my balcony 🌅 gotta do this grinding shit to get there. Isn’t that ironic how the system is built? Work hard so then we can go enjoy ourselves 🤷🏽♀️ sheesh. I wish I could destroy this capitalistic shit. Unfortunately I can’t. + Adiós
#DecolonizeResistExist + There has been many family members close to me who have died, I never felt sad, I always understood death is part of the human experience. + The only time I question death was when my dad died. I had many questions “where did he go” “what happens now” + I understood why religion created this idea of “heaven and hell” I feel it was a way to soothe people in their pain. Also it is a brainwashing idea to think that way, because then it creates the delusional idea about “good and bad” + My father is with me all the time, he protects me, he takes care of me just like he did when he was alive and healthy. For those who don’t know, as I have shared this before, my father was a quadriplegic for 22 years. + Honoring the dead people in my tradition goes beyond painting my face and setting up altars. Altars and the ceremony that occurs are of great importance, but it’s truly beyond any of that, and unless you don’t carry that medicine in your blood, there are no words that can truly explain what it means for indigenous Mexicans the celebration of DEATH. + We are not afraid of it, just like in the USA where people truly are afraid of dying and aging, I mean there are several multi billion dollar industries fighting the natural cycles of life. + This is why we know of the importance of enjoying life and this is also why we are very resilient people. + Anyone can honor their ancestors and the people who have died in their life, but if you are not indigenous Mexican, make sure you create your own ritual and your own way to honor your people. My ancestors took thousands of years to create their way of life and it’s not ok at all for anyone to white wash and perpetuate cultural genocide on these traditions. +
#DecolonizeResistExist + I will leave this here for a moment. Don’t want his picture on my page. But I needed this message to be out there + Whether you voted for him or not. Whether you voted for killary or others Whether you see him as your president or not. Donald trump is the perfect representation of how fucked up this country is. + He unveiled the darkness YT people from this country had been trying to cover up for hundreds of years. + The darkness is out and no matter the color of your skin. Anyone who feels proud of being a us American is part of the problem. + The USA isn’t a great nation, it never was and it never will be. The only way it will be is when Indigenous people are able to take over their lands. + The way I see it as an outsider of this fucked up society is that is not only his fault. + I think it’s time for US Americans to take responsibility for their actions as well. You have been living in a country that creates wars to kill innocent people to take over their lands and their resources. + So you, US Americans can have mangos and avocados all year long. So you can have access to technology. So you can have your bottled water and your fancy cars. One thing I have learned about this society, us Americans really care about their fucking cars, it gives them status 😝🤦🏽♀️🤮 I think it’s time us Americans take responsibility as well. + While there is demand from you us citizens the supply will come to you no matter the cost. + You are the ones who create the demand. So when are you us citizens gonna take fucking responsibility? + #impeachallusaasweknowit
#DecolonizeResistExist + Very pertinent at this moment in this country. + Specially when white spiritual liberal people think they are all about “love and unity” + But truth is that “love and unity” only applies to those who can afford to be in their PRIVILEGED spaces. + At this moment every single white person is benefiting from the effects of colonialism and the enslavement of people of color. + Picture by @redhornwoman
#DecolonizeResistExist + Been off social media. My life doesn’t stop nor my work, but I needed to shift my energy from these spaces. Social media is a double edge sword. I’m thankful for the amazing connections I have made, but the good thing about those connections is that we don’t need this space to connect with each other. I’m looking to create more personal connections. + At the same time social media spaces do create a delusional idea and it is affecting the way we interact with people and ourselves. I’m tired of seeing all the fakeness, bullshit and hypocrisy that prevails in these spaces. + I have been working as you can see. I literally woke up. Put on my birth suit 😉 and Im harvesting my beautiful girls. We also harvested 80 pounds of apples!!! 🍎 + I have been working a lot, yesterday we received the news the state approved our annual license!!!!!👊🏾🙅🏽♀️ it’s been many years working towards this, and I feel a huge sense of accomplishment, specially because it’s hard to function in this society and yet I achieved something in this society by doing it my way and it feels fucking amazing!!! + I feel 2020 is coming with full force and I needed to reclaim my sovereignty away from all this delusional thinking. I needed to put in action what I preach and be in total mastery of myself so I can do my work without falling into these illusions. + A lot of shifts, all my writings are going to be on my Patreon and my podcast will have a new episode by November 1st. These last two months of this colonized calendar are coming in full force for me. I feel way more focused and I’m not getting sidetracked by any bullshit. 🙅🏽♀️ + I will continue to use this space, but it’s definitely going to be very different. + Have a beautiful day. We got the power back but only for one day, they are shutting it off tomorrow til Monday, so need to get back to work.
#DecolonizeResistExist + I will be releasing my new podcast today. I’m talking about “Spiritual Bypassing” + Throughout my time in this country. I have come across many people that hide their racism and discrimination against indigenous people and our practices by spreading “love & light” + Many people think that love will solve the oppression indigenous people face throughout the Americas. They claim “they were given permission” to oppress and abuse traditions that have been banned from us. + Gaslighting and judgment of character happens if we dare to speak up!! How could I be so angry? or How could I hold so much hatred in my heart? We all are one Pilar!!!!! + No people. WE ARE NOT ALL ONE!!! + The link for my podcast is on my bio. As well as other links for my offerings. +
#DecolonizeResistExist + My thoughts for today. + You know what’s mind blowing to me? To see people that use the idea of “family values” as a way to justify the celebration of thanksgiving. + “But it’s all about coming together as a family 🙄😒” I know family values in this country are nonexistent. This country HAS NO FAMILY (COMMUNITY) VALUES. So to use that as a justification is complete BULLSHIT. + Imagine that Germans and anyone who is descendant of Germans, had a celebration that started as a celebration for the holocaust, years passed and now that celebration morphed into a “celebration of love” (add sarcasm) + People today still celebrate and their excuse is that “today it has nothing to do with the holocaust, it’s just about German families to gather, to be jolly and merry” 🤦🏽♀️ That shit would be banned quick, because anything that has to do with Jewish people and their suffering has always been at the top of everything. They get a pass, even if it means Jewish people are perpetuating harm and oppression to others. + So why this country and it’s citizens, whether they are yt, brown or black think it’s okay to find a justification to celebrate GENOCIDE?!?!? + So today, while many of you are gonna find all the excuses as to why ITS OKAY to attend a dinner or a gathering. Know that you are celebrating the genocide and oppression of indigenous people who up to this day LIVE IN CONCENTRATION CAMPS in this country. + And for those who want to change the name to “Friendsgiving” or if you are vegan and think it’s a huge accomplishment to not kill a turkey and therefore you get a pass. NO! You all are idiots and it doesn’t matter if you change the name, if you are vegan, anyone that gives any attention to this day and gathers is gathering to celebrate the genocide of indigenous people. + While you enjoy your stupid dinner (which I hope makes you sick and gives you diarrhea for months) there are children in concentration camps, there are FAMILIES who have been separated and some of them don’t even know where their family members are. + So there you go! Fuck you and your fucking family values. + Jesus is watching you. Good ol’ US citizens 🖕🏾
#DecolonizeResistExist + It seems people don’t seem to understand that no matter how much we speak up. No matter how much we want to jerk each other off on social media, thinking we are creating a change (even though we are supporting it by using these tools who are oppressive as fuck) + Nothing is going to change while we support this capitalistic system. I support it. We all do. No matter if we think we are such good “activists” jajajajaj + We won’t be able to create any change within the same system that created it all. +
#DecolonizeResistExist + Im sitting in the garden. Contemplating the amazing power of nature. When I’m in this space all becomes clear and many thoughts and ideas arise within myself. + I was thinking how humans get so lost in the human experience that we are willing to cause harm and oppression not just to other humans, but to our Mother Earth that provides everything we need. Without her, we are nothing. + Is it more important to have fun than to create a better world for everyone? + #burningman is coming and I can’t help to think how wasteful, and oppressive these kind of festivals are for the environment. + But hey! It’s all about having fun, and enjoying the human experience right? + Humans are the most despicable creatures nature created, and just like nature gave us life. She can also take it away just like that!
#DecolonizeResistExist # Because without my rage I wouldn’t have known how to stand up for myself. + I embrace my rage no matter if people feel uncomfortable. +
#DecolonizeResistExist + I see many people, whether they are white, brown, black, indigenous or not, that are capitalizing off of peoples pain, and selling LIES. Offering “Shamanic Healing sessions.” Using capitalistic tools to promote their “Shamanic powers” + A True Shaman isn’t part of this capitalistic society, a True Shaman lives a frugal life and it’s not promoting “Shamanic Medicine” on social media 😂😂🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️🤮🤮 + True Shamans have lived and died in poverty or have lived very very frugal and simple lives, away from capitalistic societies, they didn’t go in search of “clients,” people came to them, because that’s the whole thing about being a True Shaman, they don’t go out giving their powerful medicine just because, when people is ready, they will come to them. + A True Shaman doesn’t even label themselves as “Shamans” and are not screaming out to the world “Look at me, I’m a Shaman” + A True Shaman, has lived a life in full connection with nature and most of True Shamans are elders. + A True Shaman didn’t take a course online nor took a course with anyone else and paid for it! + Lately I see many people of color, specifically indigenous to these lands (The USA) and south of the border, that use this word very irresponsibly to SELL and to make money. + People of color that want to corrupt these practices by having a sense of entitlement that just because they are indigenous they have the right to call themselves Shamans and profit from this. Indigenous people who feel the right to call out white people doing the same, but they fail to look at themselves, and they are doing just the same. + Part of the decolonization path as individuals is to let go of any delusional ideas that keeps us programmed to think that what we need in order to heal or know our true essence is outside ourselves. + Anyone who labels themselves as “Shamans” and it’s part of this capitalistic and colonized society is a FAKE. + I’m an indigenous woman to the lands we know as Mexico, my ancestors were some powerful Shamans, yet That doesn’t mean I’m a Shaman.
#DecolonizeResistExist + We can’t change anything external to us before we look within ourselves first. + ....and FYI social media “activism” is fake. Only selling more division and hate to the masses. When I see a bunch of privileged people of color talking about the suffering of people with no privilege, I can’t take them seriously. Acquiring followers and likes in the name of “activism” is only a performative way “to seem to care.” While they live a very comfy life, when I see many traveling all over the world but then again they seem to care about others suffering right?!?! Oh! But when white people do something “wrong” they are ready to attack and tell them how they are perpetuating white supremacy, it’s always easy to judge others than take a look at ourselves. + Check out my NEW article on my Patreon page. Link in bio.
#DecolonizeResistExist + I don’t treat any white People as heroes for speaking up about issues that were CAUSED to begin with by White People. + Is their JOB to do that. Is their JOB to speak up against racism, or any other social issues that affect people of color or the planet. + We know the white supremacy system we all live in is run to benefit white People the most, so for white People to speak up isn’t a RADICAL thing to do. + Indigenous people on the other hand have been fighting against capitalism and colonialism for hundreds of years and they are still the least heard voices. They are still put way far back in regards to their rights. + Nobody cares if they want clean water or they want their lands back. + I get some people would say, what about UNITY?!?? There is no unity while indigenous people get treated less than humans while white people benefit from the effects colonialism has left on the lands we know as the Americas. + There is no UNITY when is only white privileged people the ones that can speak up about STRIKES and they won’t get killed nor put in jail for speaking up. + As an indigenous woman that has seen my people suffer, that I know first hand what capitalism and colonialism does to my people, I won’t be here applauding a white girl for doing something that’s the job of every single white person to do!! + Truth is strikes like this are just fucking jerk off circles which continue to support the same systems that are affecting our planet and indigenous people. U think this strike is truly gonna save the planet? 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
#DecolonizeResistExist + AGING. It feels so good to me. I’m so confident in my skin, in my body. I love my white hair. I love my wrinkles. I’m embracing the change of my blood cycle. + I’m feeling way more empowered at this age than when I was in my 20’s still domesticated and colonized as fuck. Believing all the crap that was given to me by this fucked up society. + I’m not afraid of aging nor dying. I’m actually embracing every single moment of my life. + At the end we all are going to die and all the time we waste on bullshit isn’t coming back. + I’m shifting and my voice is gaining even more power. I truly don’t care what anybody thinks. + Did I pay thousands of dollars to get to this space? No I DIDNT. I just listened to myself and I was able to get all the domestication out of my life. + All the money I spent in the “spiritual fake movement” didn’t help me for shit. On the contrary it only created a delusional world for myself. + Empowerment doesn’t cost any money. It’s within ourselves. We just choose to stay disempowered
Guy: I never had the pleasure to meet you 🙁 Girl: didn't me meet the third time yesterday🤔 Guy: ya true but never had the pleasure😇 Girl: 😂😂 #standupcomedy #scripture #justforlaughs #nooffence #saynotoracism #dearcommarade
#DecolonizeResistExist + The traditions that many “spiritual” white people are practicing today belong to people who were colonized by white People and continue to be oppressed by them. + The people who are being rallied TODAY across the usa by this patriarchal white supremacy system are indigenous people, whose traditions practiced by white people, run in their blood. Yet they can’t perform their traditions nor they can host cacao ceremonies to connect with their hearts while ICE (nazis) are trying to return them back to where they come from. Although these are their lands. + This is the hypocrisy of white people who think they are entitled to practice and profit from traditions that don’t belong to them. “But cacao changed my life, because it helped me connect with my heart” (please add annoying white peoples voice. You know what I mean jajajajaj) + This is “CULTURAL GENOCIDE” we are losing our traditions because they are being white washed. All these mixed traditions. Cacao, Tantra, Yoga, Ayahuasca and all these other things white People do in order to SELL and CAPITALIZE. + I will be recording another podcast talking about “CULTURAL GENOCIDE” + This is something that personally affects me as I see stupid white people profiting from the traditions MY PEOPLE created. So yes these traditions belong to my people not to white people. + It’s important to note that there is people of color who also appropriate traditions that don’t belong to them. This isn’t just for white people. I know many people of color who do this. This is why I let go of teaching yoga. I couldn’t be speaking about this while adopting a tradition which doesn’t belong to my ancestry. + TAG any accounts that might need to read this. ✊🏾

RepostBy @hijadeitzpapalotl: "#DecolonizeResistExist + Many are so hungry to be able to embrace what it is to be US. But when it comes down to it they don’t want our pain, oppression, struggle, our past, nor our present lived experiences + Many are so lost that they think the only way to “find” themselves is by doing the very same thing their ancestors did. A trauma that we have been trying to heal for hundreds of years, but if we talk about it, it means we are lost, angry, and divisive. + Truth is, no matter how many ceremonies they go to, no matter how they dress, no matter how many feathers they wear, dreamcatchers they hang, how much cacao or ayahuasca they drink or how much sage they burn, they will remain to be LOST + They will never know what it is to be us. + We just ARE We carry the knowledge We don’t have to pretend + I’m here just being ME. I just am. My knowledge is in my blood and in my skin. No one could ever copy that. + Ironically. I’m indigenous and I never wear feathers in my hair. I never paint my face, and I don’t do cacao ceremonies even though it’s part of my ancestry + **I’m reposting some of the words I have shared on my other page. Which is no longer active. I’m also preparing some new content.
#DecolonizeResistExist + Trauma. I was going through communications from the father of my kids and his attorney when we were going through our divorce, I had to look up something. + I was just going through the emails quickly, but I needed to sort of checking them all out because I didn't know where the information I needed to find was. + I felt pressure in my chest, I felt cold sweats and my heart starting beating really hard. I felt like crying and I felt annoyed and upset. I found what I needed and I closed that email. + I am sharing this with you, to show you how trauma works, after I read the emails, I felt like texting him and telling him something mean, there are some pending issues I have to check with him and I thought this was the best opportunity to blast at him. Although we have been really good and we have both been proactive in regards to our healing process, at that moment I just wanted to be a BITCH. + I caught myself right away and I was able to take a step back, take deep breaths and I noticed how my trauma got triggered by reading all of that mess that happened. + This is how our trauma gets triggered, my ancestors believed we hold trauma in our blood, its all part of our dna, at the time they understood this concept, they didn't have the technology to show "scientific" evidence, but this is something that has been proven today. + When we read, when we observe an event that brings us back to something traumatic we experienced (PTSD) + When we have either emotional or physical pain, and we observe other people sharing so happy about something we don't have, that will trigger our traumas. + I have been taking the time to learn about my traumas, to observe without reacting, because I have been in that space, where I was in constant triggered mode by things I read, I am still healing and its important for me to understand that healing has no expiration date and some days will be great and some days will be shitty. I do understand today that I can't be going out reflecting my trauma at people because that takes my power away and the power I have over my own life and my healing. + Continue below in comments. 👇🏾
#DecolonizeResistExist + Every day is a battle. For realz!! + Be thankful for what you have. Be thankful for your journey. Most likely if you have a smartphone you have access to many privileges many people don’t have. + Everyone’s experience is valid. (Except when they are entitled assholes 😝🤷🏽♀️🙅🏽♀️) + Have a good night. Tomorrow we are not having power again. Let’s see for how long it goes. I’m ready to slow down.
I think the prompt was “share what you think is awesome” - the result is a bad video and a random assortment of inspirational objects. Guys, I literally have no idea why I didn’t get the part. 🤷🏽♀️ . . . . #acting #whoami #idunno #maybe #clubsoda #audition #nailedit #mexico #chiapas #jessacrispin

These last two months of this colonized calendar are coming in full force for me. We got the power back but only for one day, they are shutting it off tomorrow til Monday, so need to get back to work.
#DecolonizeResistExist + Lately I’m focusing more on the privileges I have, recognizing that many of the privileges I have aren’t FREE of the OPPRESSION of others. + Recognizing that while I’m here at home enjoying life, and feeling safe, there are many people around the world who don’t share this sense of safety nor this sense of well being. + Gratitude for the beautiful things I have, whether they are tangible or not, is an important aspect of my daily routine. + I’m aware that some of the food I have access to, didn’t make it to my table without causing oppression, death and pain to others. Becoming more mindful of the way I eat has become very important in my life. + Also it’s important to understand that being vegan is a personal choice but ITS A FACT that veganism isn’t gonna prevent climate change nor is helping with social justice.
#DecolonizeResistExist + While many people think it’s “a good thing” to protest and bring awareness to important issues that affect indigenous people, any movement that is created within the colonial dominant culture it’s not going to create a tangible change that will benefit indigenous people. + While the colonial dominant culture still has power over our sovereignty, the lands and resources that belong to indigenous people; Bringing down statues, changing dates on colonized calendars, the disappearance of holidays with roots in colonialism and racism is great, but at the end of the day that recognition doesn’t do anything in the larger picture. + I personally feel it’s sort of like a backhanded apology. “Ok here you are, we are changing the name in the calendar, we aren’t recognizing it anymore..” but is that helping Indigenous people the other 364 days of the year? + People who were born or raised in this country have been programmed to think that these tiny “gains” mean something, while it also keeps them under the spell of the colonial mindset to accept what “authority” is doing, supposedly for the benefit of our people. + A good example is when we see People in this country who believe the voting system is actually going to create a change for “the people.” These people are falling into the programming of the colonial dominant culture mindset and due to the fact that those systems have been so Ingrained in people, it’s going to be very hard to disrupt those systems within ourselves. It’s not impossible, but it’s not easy for many that have put their faith in these systems, whether it works for them or not, and this is why I say “people,” because at this moment this ain’t just a white People thing, everyone in this country is part of these systems, and everyone upholds the colonial mindset one way or another. + I am not here because I care whether people agree with me or not. I’m here to share my work in regards to Decolonization. I’m here to share my experience as an indigenous woman living as an immigrant to the USA, and I’m here to share FACTS & TRUTHS. Whether people like it or not.
#DecolonizeResistExist + Not sure if my other account will come back. It’s not deleted but I can’t access it. Maybe Instagram is punishing me for being outspoken and for not giving fucks about colonizers entities burning down. + I’m not attached. I’m not feeling a loss of content, pictures, followers, or likes. Ironically at the moment I’m cleansing my home and I’m letting go of a lot of my belongings. Practicing detachment on a physical aspect is easy for me. + I was going through my pictures and I felt I wanted to share this picture. The reason I’m this color, this strong is what normally gets me in tricky situations, is what makes some people uncomfortable. + So here I am embracing who I am I am not Latina I am not Hispanic I am Indigenous A Native of the Nican Tlaca Nation. + ... .. . . . . . #ADecolonizationMovement #HealingAncestralTrauma #decolonizeyourmind #iamnotafeminist #deconstructingthestatusquo #masteryofself #intuitivehealingmovement #intuitiveplantwisdom #slayerofdomestications #mentor #sacredwarrior #decolonization #mexicawisdom #cannabis #indigenous #indigenouswoman #nicantlacanation #aztec #rematriationofthelands #indigenouscycleoflife #genderharmony #equitynotequality #IamnotLatina #IamnotHispanic #IamIndigenous #nicantlacawomenwarriors
#DecolonizeResistExist + A new era for cannabis is here. January 2020 will be the year anniversary when prop64 went in full effect. Leaving thousands of farmers out of the state regulated industry. + Many changes are happening, many don’t seem to care, while they think it’s cool to “get high” and have access to all kinds of goodies by just walking into a dispensary. It’s like the disconnection we have from food. Many don’t think where it comes from and what it took to grow it. + I have been involved in the cannabis farming community for many years and it’s unfortunate to say that I’m one of those farmers. We will continue to grow our medicine but I wouldn’t want to be part of anything that is regulated by the government and today being part of cannabis is going to be part of corporate and capitalistic bullshit. + This magnificent plant is getting corrupted as fuck to make a few filthy rich just like everything capitalism and the white supremacy system gets a hold of for the only purpose to profit.
#DecolonizeResistExist + Real life has been full. Lots of different changes in my life, and taking baby steps. + Winter is here so it’s a time of introspection and silence. Making things happen without forcing anything. + This time can also become very hectic around us. Forcing us to fall into domestications and programming that NO LONGER SERVES us as human species. + Everyday is a learning experience, we have been programmed to believe all these lies. But if you catch yourself falling for it, take a moment to reflect on how these ideas are actually outdated and continuing to support them will only bring the human extinction!!! + The time to EVOLVE IS HERE NOW!!! And it’s up to each one of us. + The time to be blaming “The Man” or “Those in Power” is an outdated human condition when we are also complicit. + This winter season should be a time to let go of those outdated ideas. We can’t longer accept that when the TRUTH IS OUT THERE
#DecolonizeResistExist + At the end it comes down to healing and embracing our darkness. + At the same time while it’s about healing we can’t “spiritual bypass” reality. While many of us privileged people who can use smart phones can create this awareness. There are many people in the world that their lives won’t improve when privileged people heal. + As individuals all we can do is take baby steps towards creating change in ourselves which would create a ripple effect in our immediate reality. + I don’t know! At the end I honestly don’t know what would take for people to truly create a change. I see us talk about wanting to create a change but in our day to day activities we are in constant support of the systems that affects us all. + #privilegedlife
RepostBy @hijadeitzpapalotl: "#DecolonizeResistExist + The thing with me is that I’m not a business person. I don’t have a business strategy. I don’t have business mentors. I just do my thing. + And in this capitalistic world everyone has a business strategy. Even “activists” we have to reach milestones and get out there. Today is all about how we are perceived. Now is all about social media and how we show up and show ourselves. + I think if I sugar coat it a little more I would have a better business strategy. But I don’t do that. I don’t show up dressed in casual business clothes. I curse. I smoke weed and get high all the time. I’m cynical as fuck and some would say “eehhh! She is such a pessimistic person ehhhh!” (Whiny women’s voice 🤷🏽♀️😉) + I don’t sell myself very well, I give away my medicine for FREE way too much, and this is because this is not A Hobbie. This isn’t a CAREER. I’m not envisioning seeing myself in Oprah or becoming virallllllll!!!! 👩🏾🎤 + This is part of my life. It’s an extension of who I am. I don’t Plan much, and sometimes that can be a problem. I don’t plan about how I am going to sell myself. Sell my work. I just think of ideas ALLL the time. I write it down. Give it a thought and then I’m like ok!!! Let’s do this, with no expectations at all. + I’m not in a contest for the best at Decolonization or healing ancestral trauma. I didn’t go to school for this. I have no credentials. I don’t have a MBS (made up word jajajaj) a PHD, a STFU, or a MYOB Jajajajaja. I have a BA and that’s about it. Everything I know life taught me or it was self taught. I took other courses and shit like that but honestly who cares!!! None of that makes me who I am. I am way more than what a paper can say I achieved. I am more than a “teacher” can say about me. I don’t follow that. + I come from nothing and I’m going back to nothing. I have made the in between spectacular by just being ME + My work isn’t about telling you how to make 6 figures a year or how to lose weight. How to be a better entrepreneur or how to not be sad. My work is to make you feel uncomfortable!
Be subtle, be sweet, be soft, but let your femininity speak boldly. Femininity is often mistaken as exotic, sexually explicit, sexy, when in fact femininity is a dominate energy channeled through a woman 👩🏿. It’s a superpower but it can be counterfeit by wannabe fems. Black women particularly harbor this energy on extreme levels, but societal constructs has stripped us from this. Yes we have the body, yes we have the curves, yes we have a soft look, but many of our hearts are harden. The black 👩🏿 is at a critical state of existence. We can be strong but we DO NOT have to carry the weight of the world; let’s make ourselves and our walk with Christ our primary focus, build your businesses, level-up, but your homes, etc. We don’t have anything to prove to no one, let’s exist in our full beauty, let’s let go of the hyper-masculine energy that’s what the black man is for (PSA “bring back the alpha male”). Yes this calls for some #vulnerability, but if you strengthen your #discernment and walk in wisdom while standing against instant #gratification we’ll limit being victimized by those that seek to devour us. We get more with honey 🍯 than vinegar sis 😉. . #proverbs31woman #proverbs #womanofgod #besoft #divinefeminineenergy #feminista #iamnotafeminist
#DecolonizeResistExist + We are facing apocalyptic times and no matter how much time we spend on our devices trying to “share truth” it will only take REAL ACTION to make a change + It seems to me that the “connection” that is happening in these spaces is creating a very delusional idea about what it truly means to be CONNECTED as humans. + I see many people sharing about everything that’s happening in the world, but no matter how much time we spend on social media. No matter how many followers we have. TRUTH is we are not creating any change. + We are facing the destruction of our earth, which was caused by us. As we lose that connection we are becoming even more distant from one another. + Maybe it was all part of the plan of the monster of capitalism. The more we are divided not only by race but also on a nurturing physical level as humans, the easier is going to be to control us, which will allow the destruction of Mother Earth. + It’s ironic to see white people who corrupt traditions which belong to the Amazon people, white People who have occupied the lands of Hawaii, or any other lands, speak about the atrocities that are happening in those places via social media. It’s ironic to see burning man people speak about how important is to be vegan, or to see them being proud of owning a Prius (which btw electric cars are fucking stupid and don’t help the environment when every ten years you have to change the battery, which is expensive and it’s not biodegradable. So now we’ll have landfills full of those batteries jajajajaj the stupidity of people is mind blowing) + We all are part of the problem and unless we start paying attention within ourselves and see what we each one of us is doing, unless we can take a moment to help our neighbors (we don’t have to go to foreign lands anymore) not much is changing. + We need to start taking care of our backyards first and foremost, and unless you are free of any destruction towards the planet, don’t act all entitled with your “fake activism”
